I've placed orders with this company numerous times. The quality of their products and the attention to detail has consistently been top-notch. Recently, the size I got didn’t fit me right, and the help I received was truly impressive.

The support from the customer service team is quite poor. They seem to ignore my emails completely, and when I reach out about a refund or exchange, I just get back generic responses from their FAQ section. Not impressed at all. I had a lovely shoe that I wanted to swap for a different size, but the representative, a lady named Diana or Diane, just sent back nonsense without really understanding my request.

I made an order back in September. Still no delivery and no replies to my emails inquiring about what's going on, even though they claim a 24-hour response time. I've now asked for my order to be cancelled and my money back. Fingers crossed it happens.

Over the last year, I’ve picked up about 8 or 9 pairs of shoes for myself, my daughter, and my adult granddaughter. All of them were fantastic, arrived pretty fast, and we really liked the colors and the quality. But, one pair did fall apart at the toe, so we requested a replacement. Right now, they’ve promised to send a new pair, and we’re just waiting for that to come through. They asked for the order number, which took me a bit to dig up, but they were easy to deal with. If the replacements come through as promised, this company is definitely a winner, and we’re quite pleased with them.

I had a fantastic first experience with Tjin. Their items are crafted with sustainability and care for the environment, plus they look stylish and beautiful. The customer service team is super responsive and really helpful. I'm particularly fond of their knitted mules!

I got my shoes pretty quickly! The packaging is nice and eco-friendly. The shoes look fantastic! All the details are spot on. I ordered a size 9, but it didn’t fit. I reached out to customer support and had a really good experience. The support team was super professional - they replied quickly to my emails, and if they couldn’t respond immediately, they let me know so I wouldn’t worry. They helped me sort out my issue and sent me a bigger size. I highly recommend shopping at Tijinhome! Totally deserves a 5-star review!!!

The service here is top-notch, and those sandals and flats are super comfy. I got myself some flats and sandals, but sadly, the flats were a tad too large. I reached out to customer support, and they got back to me real quick (within a day), offering to let me keep the oversized flats while sending me a new pair in the right size! Their prices are quite reasonable, and I’m for sure coming back for more. Thanks a bunch :)

I rock my Helgas daily for my job. Being an enrollment director in the public eye, I can't even count the compliments I get on my kicks. I thought I'd try another style, same size, but they ended up being too roomy. Just wanted to share how awesome their customer service is. I'm really impressed with how they prioritize customer satisfaction. After this experience, I'm definitely sticking with them for the long haul.

They fit a bit snug, so I reached out to customer support, and they set up a new order for me super quickly. I'm really happy with how they handled everything!

Adore these adorable kicks! The fabric is quite nice. They run a tad narrow, so you might wanna consider going a size larger. The customer support was quick and a joy to interact with. For international delivery, the shipping was speedy too. I’ll surely be ordering more footwear from them down the line.

I'm really into their knitted shoes! They're super soft and comfy. I got the Katrin in size 8, which is my usual size, and they fit perfectly. For the Helka, though, I had to go with a 9 due to the shape and my bunion situation. I appreciate their focus on sustainability and the use of recycled materials. Plus, their customer service was really helpful when I reached out.

I usually get a little anxious when buying stuff from abroad since there are plenty of shady businesses out there, but Tijnhome really comes through. Their customer service is top-notch and quick, the prices are solid, and the shoes are just lovely. I’m definitely gonna check out their site again when I need new kicks. TIJN's customer service is really great - I got two pairs of the Helka shoes, but they were too large for my feet. If your feet are on the narrow side, they fit true to size, so just go with your usual size instead of going up like some folks recommend. The shoes are super cute, so I requested a return for a smaller size, and they’re sending me two new pairs in a smaller size at no extra charge… how awesome is that?

These Helka black shoes are adorable and super comfy, plus they're lightweight, which is great for those warmer days. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and needed a 9 instead, but they were super helpful in getting me a new pair. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for future shopping. I might even grab the nude color!

This was my first time shopping with TIJN, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The quality of the shoes I got is just unreal. I'm totally in love with them and all the little details that were put into them. I can't wait to get my hands on another pair from them.
